In July of 2006, Brandt Construction, Inc. was selected to build the Alberta Hopper Apartments. This new construction provided housing for sixteen residences including two handicap accessible units and fourteen handicap adaptable units. Site improvements included concrete and asphalt paving, site utilities, grass seeding, and signage.
