In May 2005, Brandt Construction, Inc. began renovation to these four buildings, while adding a 7story addition to one of them. Brandt Construction, Inc. maintained twenty plus carpenters of our own manpower on site through most of the project with an average total work force of 80 people from multiple trades. The project had a very 'tight site' that required great amounts of coordination, sequencing, and scheduling of subcontractors work and supplier's deliveries. Brandt Construction, Inc. continued a good communication and relationship with the Salvation Army, Architect, City and neighbors throughout the project.

Features:

  • Seven story steel tower built adjacent to existing masonry tower

  • Total renovation, only the structure remained and that required extensive structural repairs.

  • Extensive masonry restoration

  • Addition of bay windows to restore buildings to original historical configuration
