In June of 2005, Calvary United Methodist Church selected Brandt Construction, Inc. to serve as the Construction Manager/General Contractor on a 31,000 SF new construction. The construction includes a combination of new steel and wood framing, brick and block cavity walls, conventional wood framed walls with siding and all interior finishes, mechanical systems, electrical systems and related site work.

 

Features:

  • Stained glass windows were incorporated from the current facility into the existing Sanctuary

  • Brandt Construction, Inc. self performed concrete, rough carpentry framing, millwork, and specialty installations

  • The entire project was completed $29,000 under the original budget
