Brandt Construction, Inc. was selected to begin the renovation of the Red Apple Inn located in downtown Wabash, Indiana. The original hotel, known as Hotel Indiana, was recently renamed Charley Creek Inn to reflect the local area heritage of a Native American Chief and acknowledge the creek that runs near the inn. Renovation of the ninety year old building resulted in thirty, one and two bedroom suites, with king-size or two queen-size beds, conference facilities, ballroom and the "20" Restaurant with fully equipped kitchen , a four season roof top "Cloud Club" with views of the green roof plantings and downtown Wabash.
