In the summer of 2003, Brandt Construction, Inc. was selected as the General Contractor on the Clear Channel Communications project.  This 10,900 square foot addition to the existing radio broadcasting facility included a new break room, studio space as well as extensive sitework.  Because the building remained operational during construction, safety was a top priority. Construction began in November of 2003.  Harsh weather conditions threatened to delay the project, however, the project was completed in 10 months.
