In April of 2009, Brandt Construction, Inc. was awarded the historic renovation project for the Coburn Place. The interior work consisted of minor modifications to the first and third floors and a complete remodel of the second level office areas. The exterior scope consisted of the restoration of 180 existing wood windows, new storm windows, a new handicap ramp, parking lot expansion, masonry restoration, and tear off and replacement of existing roof.
