Brandt Construction, Inc. was selected to renovate the Constitution Gardens Buildings in the fall of 2007. The project consisted of the complete renovation of four existing apartment buildings which had been vacant for several years. Construction included removing all non-structural walls and installing all new walls, ceilings, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, interior finishes, roofing, new windows, and masonry restoration.
