In March of 2007, Brandt Construction, Inc. was selected as the General Contractor for the construction of the Crossroads Church at Westfield. Work included extensive site preparation including lime stabilization of parking and building pad, installation of city water main extension, installation of city sewer and force main extension, and installation of large retention pond. The building was steel and wood frame construction with a pitched shingle roof and EPDM flat roof for rooftop mechanical installation. The exterior finish was brick and EIFS. The Sanctuary included a high vaulted ceiling with installation of a stage and a sound booth. The entry gathering area featured an exposed beam ceiling with multiple level suspended ceiling "clouds". The building included three classrooms, a small kitchen, and administrative offices.
