Project Name: The Summit Building

Project Scope: The Summit Building Project is a renovation project for Summit Realty’s new headquarters. The project consists of exterior and interior renovation of new entrance ramp that will enter into a parking garage in the basement. Brandt Construction, Inc. is working on the shell package portion of the project. This portion includes a new roof, new mechanical system, electrical upgrades, new doors, frames and hardware, new aluminum storefront entrances, new flooring for elevator lobbies and restrooms, elevator upgrades and new overhead door at garage entrance.


Project Status: Lobby tile installation, continue final paint, fire alarm rough-ins, install added handrails, handrail restoration, and continue masonry restoration and electrical finishes.
