David Brandt was responsible for the creation and operation of Brandt Construction, Inc., formerly known as Construction Management Services, Inc. During his 30 year tenure as President, the company grew from an annual volume of $1,000,000 to $15,000,000 before the company came under new ownership in 1997.  Prior to his role with Brandt Construction, David served for 10 yrs. as the Business Manager for Charles C. Brandt Construction, Inc.   Because of Dave's integrity, reliability and honesty towards his employees and customers, Brandt Construction, Inc. , today, has a staff that values "partnership" as well as a reputation for quality.
