Brandt Construction, Inc. began the demolition of the existing work area in January 2009 for the Federal Express Corporation. Work consisted of pouring new floor, new walls, HP finishes, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems. Work needed to be coordinated with Federal Express and the Indianapolis Airport Authority as well as the paint booth contractors.
