In September of 2005, Huntington Bank awarded their Westfield, Indiana branch bank to Brandt Construction, Inc. BCI served as the General Contractor for the new 4,200 SF retail branch bank project. The structure includes a structural steel frame and brick veneer, EIFS, and metal aluminum curtain wall framed rotunda. The site is an outlot of a retail development. The entrance drive was the only site work in place during the construction which made coordination with utility companies difficult. Coordination required for several bank vendors including security, bank equipment, dye pack, sound, telephone, fixtures, and furniture.
