Early in April of 2005, Brandt Construction, Inc. was chosen as the General Contractor on the 10,000 square foot addition and renovation to Indiana Business College located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Construction was completed while school was in session. Preplanning allowed for successful student parking and construction separation during the project. The project was completed ahead of schedule in February 2006.


Features:

  • Finished job 8 weeks ahead of schedule during winter construction.

  • Close coordination with school personnel to provide safe student access.

  • Framing package was panelized. Structural framing of building completed in 2 weeks.
