Brandt Construction, Inc. was hired in the fall of 2004 by IBC Lafayette LLC to design and construct a new Indiana Business College facility to handle their rising student enrollment and administrative needs. Construction began on the 13,000 square foot facility in October 2004. The new facility includes administrative offices, conference rooms, three computer labs, a medical lab, five lecture classrooms, teacher prep area, a bookstore, as well as staff and student lounges. The project was designed to allow for a 4,000 square foot future addition of additional classrooms and offices. Brandt Construction, Inc. completed this project in June of 2005.
