In May of 2005, Brandt Construction, Inc. was chosen as the General Contractor on the 20,000 square foot renovation to Indiana Business College - Medical Campus located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Construction was completed while school was in session. Preplanning allowed for successsful student parking and construction separation during the project. The project was completed ahead of schedule in February 2006.

Features:

  • New building design to accomodate modern office space with architectural elements of existing building.

  • Close coordination with school personnel to provide safe access for students as school was in session during construction.

  • Phased construction to allow move to new building over a weekend prior to starting remodel in existing building.
