In January of 2001, Brandt Construction, Inc. was contracted by Wabash College to serve as Construction Manager and General Contractor on the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity project at Wabash College in Crawfordsville, IN.  This project consisted of the renovation of 18,000SF of living spaces, library, dining area, and bathrooms, as well as an addition of 3,000SF with site improvements.  This project had extensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection work including a new 4-pipe mechanical system.  All existing finishes were removed and updated.  Doors and interior trim were restored to keep the historic character of the building.  Brandt Construction, Inc. self-performed 40% of the work.  This project was completed on schedule and under budget.
