This 26,000 square foot, steel framed, 2 story structure is designed symmetrically around a central lobby/foyer area. Originally, only 3 of the four office areas were built out. The central lobby area includes extensive millwork, marble floors, marble countertops, and a stainless steel entry system. Over the past 8 years, Brandt Construction, Inc. has completed many upgrades to the building, including the finishing out of the 2nd floor expansion space and the build out of the Vice President offices.

Features:

  • National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies
  • Project received statewide ABC award.
  • Project received National Masonry award.
  • Finishes included an extensive amount of stained millwork.
  • The majority of the structure was built during the middle of winter.
  • Upmost precaution was taken to allow pouring of concrete in wind chills of up to 10 below zero.
