In late 2002, Brandt Construction, Inc. was chosen to construct this 5,100SF home in the Old Northside Neighborhood near downtown Indianapolis. Once the design phase completed, construction began in August of 2003. The house is made up of two sections which are joined by a loggia framed with translucent panels. The front section houses the great room and kitchen, with office space and a darkroom upstairs. Interior features include commercial grade kitchen appliances, granite countertops and extensive built-in cabinetry. Three bedrooms, beautifully tiled bathrooms and a garage make up the back section. A courtyard exists between the two sections of the home. Each section has an upstairs balcony that overlooks the courtyard below. Construction was completed in March 2004.
