In December of 2005, Brandt Construction, Inc. was awarded The Old Northside Lofts renovation project. This project consisted of renovating an existing single level gym into nine multi-level high-end condominiums with penthouses. It also included the addition of a 6,700 square foot carriage house with garages below and two additional units above. Indiana Historical Preservation Commission guidelines needed to be observed in all exterior work. Extensive interior framing modification and remodeling was completed as well as exterior masonry restoration and cleaning to make a beautiful addition to the historic Old Northside neighborhood.
