In May of 2004, Brandt Construction was contracted by Wabash College to serve as Construction Manager and General Contractor on their proposed Phi Delta Theta Fraternity project.  Beginning in September of 2004, a new four story, 21,500SF fraternity was constructed and included bunk rooms, study rooms, a kitchen, dining area, meeting area, and a recreation area.  Extensive sitework was also part of the scope.  Brandt Construction Inc. self-performed all rough carpentry and door, frame and hardware installation.  The project was completed in 11 months and was completed under budget.
