In September 2008, Brandt Construction, Inc. was awarded the Six Points Road Facility project. Work on this project consisted of a precast concrete building with multiple bays, car wash area, and office space. The installation of a canopy drive through area with parking booths and multiple electronic sensors for fully automated parking, completed the parking facility that will service the new Indianapolis International Airport.
