In December 2006, Brandt Construction, Inc. was selected to serve as General Contractor for the City of Marion, Indiana. The project consisted of constructing a public waterpark with a lazy river, a play feature, and three water slides. Hydro-therapy in-pool seating and a concession area offer additional amentities to the public. The 2,000 square foot Bath House is complete with plumbing, electrical finishes, and lockers.

The 1,200 square foot Equipment Building houses all necessary power equipment that services the lazy river and pool features.
