This
project consisted of three separate elements. The first was the
addition of a pre-engineered gymnasium/fellowship center. The
second was the addition of four classrooms and new administrative
offices. The third portion was renovation and expansion of the
narthex for the existing sanctuary. Both the classrooms and the
narthex addition were conventional construction, consisting of
exposed block bearing walls and wood frame roof structures.

Construction, Inc. was selected to provide design and build
services, one of the first projects of this type for the Archdiocese
of Indianapolis.
- The entire project was built in 16 weeks, which required
a great deal of up front planning and scheduling.
- The owner provided all gymnasium floor surfaces and kitchen
equipment.
- The entire project was completed at a cost of under $50.00
per square foot.
