The White River Christian Church project was a 43,000 square foot building addition that now houses classrooms from preschool to fifth grade, a choir stage, dressing rooms, a baptistry, a coffee/lounge area, meeting spaces, and a renovated kitchen. Along with the addition, there is extensive sitework including sidewalks, curbs, landscaping, parking lots on three sides, and a detention pond. Brandt Construction, Inc. was selected as General Contractor for this project in August of 2001 after competitive bidding. We negotiated the addition of an additional classroom wing and associated sitework. The project plus the additional classroom wing was completed within the original schedule.

Features:

• A 1,000 - 1,200 seat sanctuary with theatrical lighting and sound system.
