In December of 2007, Brandt Construction, Inc. was awarded the contract to construct a new 12,000 square foot facility for Indy Parks and Recreation. The project consisted primarily of block walls with exterior brick and metal panel facades. The gymnasium includes an exposed bar joist ceiling, hardwood flooring, six basketball goals and two volleyball courts. The building also includes a fitness room, game room, restrooms, offices, computer room, kitchen and family room.
