In 2005, Brandt Construction, Inc. was selected to construct an ultra modern 6,500 square foot two-story residence in Zionsville, IN. Exterior features include a large porch balcony, sandstone masonry veneer, EPDM membrane roofing, aluminum storefront and curtain wall windows, and architectural aluminum panels. Interior features include stained concrete floors throughout with radiant heat, sandstone masonry veneer, and an open floor plan.
