This project was a 25,600 square foot pre-engineered aircraft hangar. It consisted of corporate offices, conference areas and tenant space. Brandt Construction, Inc. was awarded the fast track project in the fall of 1997. The project was contracted on a design build basis, with Brandt Construction, Inc. having major input in the building design.

Features:

  • The pre-engineered metal structure clears spans of over 200 feet with a 27’ high clear height within.
  • The biparting hangar doors allow unobstructed access to the hangar interior.
  • One key interior feature is the hangar floor finish. The 3 part epoxy surface is as clean as a hospital operating room.
  • The entire project was constructed under strict airport and FAA regulations.
