This project called for the demolition and the replacement of 90 linear feet and the repair of 630 linear feet of utility tunnel on the Tech High School campus. All work had to be completed while many of the services remained intact. The work also included associated hardscaping and landscaping disturbed areas upon completion.

Features:

  • Brandt Construction, Inc. designed and built temporary bracing systems that allowed utility repair work to happen simultaneously.
  • All work was completed on schedule before the start of fall classes.
  • New tunnel construction required relocation and coordination of access roads with maintenance staff.
