Project Name: Avon Administration Center Project Scope: The project includes a new 28,750 SF Administration Building for Avon Schools. The scope includes site work and utilities, parking, and a steel structure building with brick veneer on poured concrete wall foundation. The scope also includes an elevator, all finishes, specialties, data-com, security, and mechanical including the fire sprinkler.
