Project Name: Barrington Health Center

Project Scope: In late 2010 Brandt Construction, Inc. was selected by HealthNet, Inc. as the successful bidder and awarded the contract to construct this new 2-story, 23,182sf, Medical Office Building. This project features wide variety of intergraded exterior and interior architectural features including stainless steel architectural site canopies, window sunshades, fiber cement siding, split face CMU veneer, metal wall panels, metal roof panels at the high roof, TPO membrane roofing at flat roofs, expansive exterior and interior aluminum storefronts and entrances, custom wall & ceiling finishes, custom casework, and much more. The completed facility will offer more than 70 exam rooms, treatment areas, and medical offices ranging in a wide variety of services including general practice, obstetrician, dentist, laboratory, x-ray, and miscellaneous specialized medicine services.

Project Status: Continue electrical finishes, mechanical finishes and final connections. Begin final coat paint, continue data finishes, continue "dream wall" glass install, final fire alarm install and connections, wood flooring install on walls, caulking, install corner guard, HVAC equipment install at existing server room and sandblast SS panels.
