Project Name:  Belly Cargo/GSE Maintenance Building

Project Scope: In December 2009, Brandt Construction, Inc. was the successful low bidder and awarded the contract to construct the new 40,000 sf Belly Cargo and Ground Service Equipment Maintenance Building for the Indianapolis Airport Authority. The project futures an exterior load bearing tilt-up precast facade with pre-engineered metal building roof and support structure. The interior of the building is subdivided to accompany multiple airline tenet spaces, equipped with loading docks, office space and secure maintenance areas.


Project Status: Complete concrete work this week. Final paint/finishes, touch-up drywall/final paint finishes. Exterior fencing this week and complete interior fence.
