Project Name:  Constitution Gardens

Project Scope: This project consists of the renovation of four vacant apartment buildings in downtown Indianapolis. Once completed, the buildings will house 64 apartment units and 6 townhouses. The renovation includes completely removing all interior walls and finishes, framing new walls, and new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. Also included in the project is new finishes throughout, roofing, masonry restoration on the building's facade, all new windows, and extensive sitework.

Project Status: In Building "A" NW Tower, continue MEP finishes and window blinds. In the NE Tower, work on electrical and plumbing finishes, blinds, paint, and HVAC start-up. In the E Tower, continue plumbing and electrical finishes, final paint, blinds, and appliances. In the SE Tower, continue MEP finishes, carpet, and blinds. In the SW Tower, continue work on MEP finishes. In Building "B", work on electrical finishes, blinds, appliances, and walk punch list. In Building "C", walk punch list and in Building "D", complete punch list.
