Project Name: Herron High School Project Scope: Renovation of the historic Herron School of Art Museum for use as a Charter High School. The project includes renovation of interior spaces, restoration of terrazzo and marble base, and installation of new windows in openings from the original configuration. It also includes extensive retrofit of mechanical and electrical systems to provide necessary function for a modern school. Brandt Construction, Inc. will work closely with Indianapolis Historic Preservation Committee and Ratio Architects to maintain historical integrity. Project Status: This week, finish labs and paint in basement. Continue elevator punch list and walk basement punch list. Work on miscellaneous punch list items on 1st and 2nd floor.
