Project Name:  John Knox Presbyterian Church

Project Scope: Started in September 2009, this project consist of demolition of the existing sanctuary and features a new 4,600 square foot, 285 seat, sanctuary expansion to the remaining church at the location of the existing sanctuary. The new sanctuary will feature a detailed exterior brick façade, interior vaulted ceilings, integral concrete floors and a raised chancel area. As part of this project, the existing facility will also be modification to include updating of the existing aged boiler system with a new energy efficient boiler, construction of a handicap accessible family restroom, and a new integrated building fire alarm system.

Project Status: Clean brick at site sign, cap, and window sill. Install final fine glass, miscellaneous storefront replacement.
