Project Name: LaQuinta Inn & Suites Project Scope: Brandt Construction, Inc. is
proud to be chosen as the General Contractor for the construction
of the new 78 room LaQuinta Inn & Suites in Columbus, IN.
The project consists of demolishing the existing hotel and constructing
a new 49,000 square foot four story wood framed structure with
an EIFS facade. Some of the interior highlights include a new
indoor pool and spa, elevator, all new flooring finishes including
carpet, ceramic tile and vinyl, painting including a textured
finish and wallcoverings, new wood doors, hollow metal doors,
and aluminum entrance doors and storefronts. A complete fire sprinkler
