Project Name:  LaQuinta Inn & Suites

Project Scope: Brandt Construction, Inc. is proud to be chosen as the General Contractor for the construction of the new 78 room LaQuinta Inn & Suites in Columbus, IN. The project consists of demolishing the existing hotel and constructing a new 49,000 square foot four story wood framed structure with an EIFS facade. Some of the interior highlights include a new indoor pool and spa, elevator, all new flooring finishes including carpet, ceramic tile and vinyl, painting including a textured finish and wallcoverings, new wood doors, hollow metal doors, and aluminum entrance doors and storefronts. A complete fire sprinkler system, HVAC system, plumbing, and electrical system.

Project Status: Hang and finish drywall ceilings on first floor. Paint first floor. Install stair tower carpet, install remaining doors and hadware. Continue MEP finishes, install pod equipment, install first floor casework, install window sills and begin landscaping.
