Project Name:  McOuat Building

Project Scope: Includes facade renovation, removal and replacement or renovation of all windows, sand blast, masonry parapet repair and painting. Eventually will include additional windows on west elevation and restoration of all masonry, new roof, and interior demolition and rebuild.


Project Status: Complete hardi board north elevation. Complete temporary enclosure south storefront. Clean out building.
