Project Name: Nickel Plate Arts - Stone and Stephenson House Renovations

Project Scope: Brandt Construction, Inc., Browning Day Mullins Dierdorf, and the Owner, Hamilton County Visitors and Convention Bureau are excited to be underway with the renovations to the Stone and Stephenson Houses along the Hamilton County Visitors and Convention Bureau’s Nickel Plate Art Trail in Noblesville.
Both Houses were recently acquired by the Hamilton County Visitors and Convention Bureau and were in need of a lot of care and repair. Brandt Construction, Inc.’s own forces will perform much of the renovation which includes demolition, construction of new porches, repair of sagging floor joists, new plaster repairs, construction of offices and art display showrooms, window restoration, roofing, soffit repairs, and siteware. The project also includes new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems being designed and built by each respective trade. The Stephenson house scope includes primarily an exterior update which includes removing a faux cedar siding, restoring the existing wood clap siding beneath, adding a new roof, and restoring the windows.

Project Status: The project is nearly 50% with completion in mid/late June expected.
