Project Name:  Charley Creek Inn

Project Scope: This project includes the redevelopment and renovation of an existing five story (48,800 SF) classic revival building consisting of hotel, tenant spaces, conference and banquet rooms, and a green roof and party room on top of the hotel. This project also includes extensive masonry restoration including reproduction cast stone, a new elevator, new HVAC system and electric service, extensive interior redecorating and a new hotel entry that will reestablish this landmark to its former glory.

Project Status: Restaurant: Complete carpet; install piano bar and continue lights. INN: Continue punch list, clean-up, complete entry doors, east storefront windows. Continue kitchen equipment installation, HVAC and finish refrigeration.
