Project Name: St. Anne Catholic
Church
Project Scope: St. Anne Catholic Parish and
Brandt Construction, Inc. are now underway on the construction
of a new church after a 2007 fire. The new church will consist
of approximately 11,000 square feet of building area. The structure
will be supported by steel framing and timber trusses. The facade
will consist of brick with cast and stone and EIFS accents. Large
stained glass windows will complement the brick and stone. The
roof system will be mainly shingles, with two tower cupolas topped
with copper. Site amenities are to include new sidewalks, landscaping,
and grotto areas near the entrance of the building. Challenges
that will be present are a very tight building site combined with
a large excavation for a new church basement. Brandt Construction,
Inc. is proud to be a part of the rebuild, and is anticipating
completion near the end of 2009.
Project Status: Caulk window frames,
EPDM at canopy, metal copings and gutters, drywall finishing,
frame bulkheads at sprinkler piping. Continue prime and 1st coat
of painting and complete HVAC rough-ins.
