Project Name:  St. Gabriel Catholic Church

Project Scope:Brandt Construction, Inc. has begun construction for the renovation and church addition at St. Gabriel Catholic Church. The project consists of constructing a steel framed tower addition to the south end at the existing Sanctuary, renovating the existing Sanctuary and transforming the existing church office area adjacent to the Sanctuary into a Gathering Space. The renovation consists of a new altar stage to be built at the existing entrance to the Sanctuary, new flooring, new storefront entrances, covering existing masonry block with drywall at the Sanctuary, painting the existing tectum deck, modifications to the mechanical system and new lighting in the Sanctuary and Gathering space. Project completion is anticipated to be at the end of October 2010.


Project Status: Set structural steel last week. Begin metal stud framing this week. Saw cut for A/U rough-ins and perfrom underslab rough-ins. Pour back interior slab cuts in Sanctuary and Gathering.
