Project Name: St. Monica Catholic Church Project Scope: This project consists of additions and renovations of the existing facilities, including the addition of a 16,542 square foot Parish Life Center consisting of a hardwood sports court, locker rooms, storage, and athletic offices. It includes a two-story, 5,000 square foot classroom addition and renovation, including four new classrooms and a complete renovation of the existing commercial kitchen. It also includes a complete renovation of the existing gymnasium/multipurpose area into nurseries, storage, and meeting rooms. Project Status: In the Parish Life Center, complete floor finish, paint stairs, and continue work on vented vinyl base, sports padding, and sleeves. In St. Augustine Hall, continue ceramic tile at entry, plywood, insulation and metal at canopy, electrical finishes, and caulking. In the Hispanic Center, continue paint and vinyl base.
