Project Name:  TKE House - Wabash College

Project Scope: In September of 2005, Brandt Construction, Inc. was selected by Wabash College to serve as the Construction Manager and General Contractor on the proposed new Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity house. In June of 2007, the old Sigma Chi Fraternity House was demolished to make way for the new 16,000 sf Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity house. The project included demolition of the existing structure, extensive sitework, and a 3-story building consisting of bunk rooms, study rooms, kitchen, dining area, meeting area, formal living room, chapter room, and recreation areas. Brandt Construction, Inc. will be self-performing all rough carpentry, door installations, window installations, and specialty installations.

Project Status: Continue work on punch list items.
