Project Name: Coburn Place

Project Scope: Brandt Construction, Inc. has begun construction for the Interior and Exterior improvements to Coburn Place Safe Haven. The interior work consists of minor modification to the first and third floor and a complete remodel of the second level office areas consisting of new cabinetry and casework, new ceiling wall and floor finishes, modifications to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

The exterior scope consists of a new handicap ramp, a parking lot expansion, masonry restoration, window restoration, new storm windows, and tear off and replacement of existing roof. Brandt Construction, Inc. is proud to be a part of the restoration of this historic building


 Project Status: Began laying block for west security wall. Continue window restoration and painting; continue installing storm windows and installing ceiling grid on 2nd floor. Begin installing casework and continue MEP finishes on 2nd floor.
