Upon completion of a space/facility study by Arc Design, Brandt Construction, Inc. teamed up to provide Design-Build services for completion of a 6,200 SF renovation project for Delta Upsilon International Fraternity. Interior work included a complete gut and new configuration of conference areas, offices, and support facilities. Exterior work included a new roof, concrete sidewalks,
asphalt paving, and landscaping.

 

Features:

  • Owner relocated to allow the construction schedule to be compressed.
  • Additional office work areas to better serve the fraternity needs.
  • Updated, larger conferences area to accommodate executive meetings and training seminars.
  • Glass/wood cabinets to display fraternal awards and accomplishments.
