In the spring of 2002, Brandt Construction, Inc. was selected as Construction Manager on the Sacred Heart Apartments restoration project.  The four floor, 45,000SF building that once served as a hospital was rehabilitated into unique, 680 - 1,190 SF, affordable apartments.  An additional apartment building, which houses 16, 880SF units, was also constructed.  Eight of those sixteen apartments were reserved for senior citizens.  After 12 months, construction was completed in late 2003.
