In August of 2001, Brandt Construction, Inc. was awarded the contract for the Woodstock Club project.  This project consisted of renovating an existing early 19th century club house and building a new addition for the kitchen and snack bar.  The project schedule was phased into stages to accommodate the owner's previously scheduled events.  These schedule restrictions required the largest amount of the work to be performed between January and March.  A new challenge was found in every wall, every floor, and every ceiling that was opened.  Brandt Construction conquered the challenges and completed this project, meeting the completion deadline.  The dedicated teamwork from all parties involved created and enhanced Woodstock Club for the owners and members to enjoy.

Features:

  • The project consisted of a total mechanical and electrical replacement.
  • All of the MEP cutting and patching was performed by Brandt Construction's skilled craftsmen.
  • The existing kitchen was demolished and tripled in size with all the new equipment.
  • The existing ballroom was lengthened 15 feet.
  • The Pool House was demolished then rebuilt with an addition
  • All of the pool deck piping was replaced from the pool and deck drains to the new filters.
  • A new drive was added to the Port Cochere to allow for larger and taller vehicles.
  • The existing historic chandeliers were removed and refurbished.
  • The existing ballroom flooring was removed and replaced.
