In
August of 2001, Brandt Construction, Inc. was awarded the contract
for the Woodstock Club project. This project consisted of
renovating an existing early 19th century club house and building
a new addition for the kitchen and snack bar. The project
schedule was phased into stages to accommodate the owner's previously
scheduled events. These schedule restrictions required the
largest amount of the work to be performed between January and
March. A new challenge was found in every wall, every floor,
and every ceiling that was opened. Brandt Construction conquered
the challenges and completed this project, meeting the completion
deadline. The dedicated teamwork from all parties involved
created and enhanced Woodstock Club for the owners and members
to enjoy.
