- The Salvation Army Eagle Creek Corp Renovations & Addition, Indianapolis, IN: Interior renovation to ≈17,600 SF existing building and a small ≈465 SF storage addition to the single-story Salvation Army Community Center. Renovations include updates to the restrooms, corridors, nursery, kitchen & pantry. The gymnasium will receive new roofing, and finishes including the basketball court and backstops. Brandt Construction, Inc. is the General Contractor for this project. Bids are due Thursday, February 12, 2026, by 2:00PM.
